11+ Intensive Tuition Course

Is your child sitting 11+ entrance exams in the Autumn? Our 5-day small-group preparation course, run by a highly successful school entrance examination tutor, will focus on Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning & Non-verbal Reasoning during the week, with students sitting mock papers on the last day of the course.

The course content includes the following:

English: Writing skills, comprehension, composition, creative writing, vocabulary and grammar development and acquisition and exam technique.

Maths: Key concepts and skills, mental maths, multi-stage problem solving, approaches to learning and exam technique.

Non-verbal reasoning: What is non-verbal reasoning (NVR), the secrets of success in NVR and NVR practice.

Verbal Reasoning: What is verbal reasoning (VR), the secrets of success in VR and VR practice.

An excellent booster in preparation for independent or grammar school entrance exams, the course takes place at Fleet Tutors in Chiswick, London W4 4PU from 22nd to 26th August 2011. Each day runs from 08.45 to 15.45. Spaces are very limited at £595 per student with a maximum class size of 6. Fees include all course material and refreshments. Reports are provided to parents via email during the week with regard to student progress. At the end of the course a report and feedback on the examinations taken on the Friday will be sent, along with suggestions and recommendations for student enrichment/development.
