Margaret Skinner Caterham, Surrey
With several decades experience teaching primary school aged children, Mrs. Skinner has vast knowledge which spans both the state and independent sectors. Mrs. Skinner received her teaching qualification in 1955. After 30 years teaching in English primary schools including two years at the British School in Beirut, Mrs. Skinner took early retirement. She has been tutoring with Fleet Tutors for fourteen years where she specializes in helping children succeed at 11+, common entrance and more recently 7/8+ entry exams.

Mrs. Skinner is a friendly and inspiring tutor. Her philosophy is to make learning a pleasurable experience for the child. Mrs. Skinner admits "I didn't enjoy school myself so decided when I became a teacher to make sure learning is not an unpleasant effort but is really and truly enjoyable". Mrs. Skinner's results speak for themselves. The children she tutors regularly gain admission to some of the leading independent and grammar schools, including Croyden, Sutton and Reigate grammar schools.
