GCSE programme updates

The reforms to the GCSE curriculum in England and Wales have now changed the way all subjects are taught and assessed. The switch from lettered to numerical grades [9-1], coupled with a 'good pass' at GCSEs becoming increasingly essential to securing a university place can pile a significant amount of pressure on students, especially in years 10 and 11.

So what does it mean for students?

As stress can play through to performance, it means that today's students need to be very organised and secure in their knowledge, skills and understanding.  A solid revision programme will also imbue confidence and relieve anxiety, as they prepare to sit their GCSE exams.
