Our client services team

This is the team you’ll speak to when you first call Fleet Tutors. They’ll take the time to understand your tutoring assignment and your child. Nothing fazes them and you can ask them anything. If they don’t know the answer, they’ll know where to find it. You’ll have a main contact in this team and they will keep in touch with you to make sure your tuition achieves the goals you want.

Our tutor support team

This team screens and interviews all tutors, takes up references and checks documents to make sure our tutors all meet the high standards our clients require. They are diligent about getting feedback from clients on the tutors to make sure our standards are met. They also keep tutors up-to-date with the latest information on education, curriculum changes and teaching strategies.

Our account co-ordinators

This team support our government, schools and corporate clients – fulfilling requirements in rapid quick time and making sure tutors have all the relevant information to support the children referred to us. They co-ordinate complicated and various requirements, make sure reports are up to scratch and ready on time and provide a single point of contact for supporting clients.
