Our aim is to introduce you to a tutor in a matter of days. Once we have identified the best tutor that matches your son or daughter’s requirements, we will contact you to discuss our choice and arrange a telephone introduction with the tutor. Your dedicated tuition consultant will be with you every step of the way to ensure you are happy with your tutor.
Both face to face and online tutoring sessions are generally held in the comfort of your home where another adult must be present. If more convenient you can arrange tuition at a public location such a local Library.

They will discuss your child’s tuition needs, learning style and educational goals then share how we can support these. Your tuition consultant will then take care of everything, should you wish to proceed.
Personality and rapport play a significant part in a tutor/student relationship. If for any reason you feel your tutor is not suitable please contact your tuition consultant straight away, and they will help resolve the problem wherever possible or be happy to find a replacement if more appropriate.
This is not a problem! If you wish to end your tuition programme before the expected date, we request that 14 days’ notice is given to the tutor and written confirmation to your consultant.
